1. Ownership of Intellectual Property

Healthy New Hair retains all right, title, and interest in its names, logos, trademarks, service marks, trade dress, copyrights, and proprietary technology. Visitors and affiliates acknowledge that they do not acquire any ownership rights in the Company IP by using this website or promoting the Company’s products or services.

2. Limited License to Use Company IP

Subject to the terms of the Affiliate Agreement, Company grants the Affiliate a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use, reproduce, and transmit approved Company logos, banners, and graphics solely for the purpose of promoting the Company’s products.

3. Authorized Use Guidelines

  • Approval: Affiliates must use only approved creative assets provided by the Company.
  • Modification: Affiliates shall not modify, alter, or change Company logos, trademarks, or marketing materials without prior written consent.
  • Brand Integrity: Affiliates must maintain the high quality of the Company brand and must not use Company IP in any way that brings disrepute to the Company.

4. Prohibited Activities

  • Copyright Infringement: Affiliates are strictly prohibited from copying, stealing, or reproducing text, images, or videos from the Company’s website or other affiliates.
  • Trademark Usage: Affiliates shall not register domain names, social media handles, or bid on keywords that contain the Company’s trademarks or variations thereof.
  • Misrepresentation: Affiliates cannot imply that they are an official partner of the Company in a way that suggests endorsement beyond the affiliate relationship.

5. DMCA Compliance & Infringement Reporting

The Company respects intellectual property rights. If an affiliate or visitor discovers any infringement of the Company’s IP, they must report it immediately to info@fsebiz.com.
